Senator Costello offered Amendment No. 1 : Page 1, line 8: Delete "a" Insert "an active" Senator Costello moved for the adoption of Amendment No. 1. Senator Meyer objected then withdrew his objection. Senator Meyer objected then withdrew his objection. There being no further objection, Amendment No. 2 was adopted. Senator Micciche moved and asked unanimous consent the bill be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered.
